PTI Over The Rainbow Contest

So I guess I'm using this to show off the hilarious picture of my cousin at a wedding rehearsal dinner, and to share with you all my entry into Papertrey Ink's Over the Rainbow Contest. It has to be a quick post because the contest is up in 30 minutes. So here it is!

The stamps are from PTI's Remember Set. The frame was a dollar at Michaels and that's not ink you see.. it's paint! My first time using stamps and paint together since I made potato stamps in kindergarten. Hooray! Anyway, this was super easy, and I was more impatient with the paint not drying as quickly as I'd like.
