Seifer the Cat

So I'm also a scrapbooker - though you'd never know it.  This layout I've been meaning to post for a while.  This one is about my little kitten turned 18.5lb big buddy.

It reads:

May 29th 2010

Isn't it funny how fate brings animals and their people together?  Charles and I went to work as normal, and came home with a little fuzzball of a cat.  We were not looking for another creature to look after but how could we pass this option up?  He was offered to us by a co-worker, and since he was found starving under a trailer on a farm, with him we got a quart of fresh goats milk from the food animal barn to help him gain back his strength.

After a trip to the vet to be checked out he came home with us.  Little more than a fur and bones and weighing in at only one pound, six ounces - his litter box was an empty Kleenex box, his first room was the bathroom and his best friend was a little beanie baby dog of the same size.  He learned many skill early including how to get his big sister Magoo to hide and not come out, how to get people to do his bidding and Charles even taught him how to play World of Warcraft!

And as the time passed he gained both weight and cuteness factor, the likes of which has never been seen.  He chases his big sister Magoo around the apartment; she immediately saw (and still sees him) as little more than an annoyance that she has to avoid at all costs.  He quickly found out that the food is as plentiful as the love, and both are dished out in droves by both of us making sure that he gets lots of attention.

Now he knows he's the boss, the toughest cat he's ever seen ... but back then he was just our lil' dude!

Thanks for stopping in!  I'm glad that you've now seen the pictures of both of my "kids".   Tune in on Friday to see a video instruction on how to best color the Bombshell Stamps Retro Cowgirl!  Until then - may you be blessed by your families and kids of all different types.
